QNTM Share Count Increase: In today’s Material Report filed on SEDAR, $QNTM discloses two things: 1) Share count has increased XXXX% (515,190 shares).  New share count: XXXXXXXXX. These are the Class B shares trading on Nasdaq as QNTM with X vote per share. Due to this recent increase in share count the insiders who control Quantum through their non-trading Class A shares lost majority control so today….2) The two QNTM executives sold themselves XX additional Class A shares for a total of $XXX.  This brings their total to XX Class A each, or a total of XX Class A shares.  Each Class A share has XXXXXXX votes, meaning the voting rights of QNTM class A now equals XXXXXXXXX.
TLDR: QNTM share count is higher than what you see on your broker today due to recent dilution.  Two insiders own shares which control the vote and the company - maybe a big deal to some, maybe a non-issue to others, just a good to know.
