🚨 IF $NVO SUES $HIMS ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY GROUNDS, THEY EXPOSE THEIR SEMAGLUTIDE PATENTS TO THE RISK OF INVALIDATION

Just last year, the FTC called Novo Nordisk's patents for Ozempic, Saxenda, and Victoza "junk patent listings".

Maybe a lawsuit will come. Maybe not.

If it does, it's just as risky for Novo.

Likely outcome: settlement.
