Exclusive: Portland Trantifa Julie Mikela Winters, real name Christopher Hudson, has now been federally charged with felony attempted assault of a federal officer. 

He is accused of trying to light an incendiary device next to the Portland ICE facility on June XX and then threatening responding officers with a machete at an Antifa riot. Winters then allegedly threw the blade at the face of an officer, but he dodged. (Video in post below.) 

After Winters was tased to the ground, he allegedly tried to pull a second knife out. Antifa lied and said Winters was "m—rdered" by police.  

Winters is the first suspect arrested at the Portland Antifa riots to not be immediately released without bail. He is in federal custody pending future court hearings.
