FUN FaCTS:   Data  shows most hedge funds -XX% underweight on US stocks and tech 

TRILLIONS in $AUM sitting in MM funds, yet to be deployed once rates drops 

Large $ on buy side need to be deployed after losing and waiting and selling $APRIL drop, so how do they deploy Q3/Q4?
