Our 2026 sales forecast is X% below consensus and our EPS forecast is XX% below. We expect semicap-related newsflow to deteriorate in H2, alongside pressure on the company’s estimates. Despite this, downside on the share price is likely to be limited due to the de-rating that has already occurred. We, therefore, downgrade the stock to Hold from Buy, and raise our price target to €690. Despite our near term caution, we believe the stock is attractive for investors with a >1 year investment horizon. We expect litho-intensity to be flat to up over the next five years, and TSMC to adopt high-NA EUV systems at its A14 node in 2028."
