Ralliant to replace Wolfspeed in S&P XXX at open on July X

Ralliant Corp. (RAL) will replace Wolfspeed Corp. (WOLF) in the S&P SmallCap XXX effective prior to the opening of trading on Tuesday, July X. S&P XXX constituent Fortive Corp. (FTV) is spinning off Ralliant in a transaction expected to be completed on June XX.

Fortive will remain in the S&P XXX post spin-off. Wolfspeed announced its intention to file for bankruptcy on or before July X and is therefore no longer eligible for continued inclusion in the S&P SmallCap XXX.
