Why I'm bullish Nebius $NBIS
- Great and motivated mgmt team
- Optionality for large TAM addt'l products (history of this)
- The math is compelling vs $CRWV
- In 2027, I assume the Clickhouse stake will be worth $5b, Avride $5b and Toloka $1b
- That implies a 2027 DC value of $XXX billion, assuming all cash depleted
- CRWV EV today is $85b, so 55x the value of NBIS '27 DC biz
- Can argue CRWV overvalued today but for arguments say the DC their value flatlines for X yrs
- If you sensitize NBIS vs that value, its a 3.7x in 2-ish yrs if they get to XX% of CRWV value and 2.2x at XX%
