Translation:  The Banks are about to release $13B+ into the economy in the form of loans and cheap credit. 

This is a very welcomed change, an appetizer, as we get even closer to the Fed lowering interest rates.

We are about to see a flood of money poured back into the US economy. 

Uber Bullish times ahead very soon.
