BREAKING: CT State Rep Raghib Allie-Brennan (D) arrested on shoplifting charges after he failed to scan all his items at a self-checkout in Target.

Target employees told police that they recognized Allie-Brennan from “previous unreported larcenies.”

Allie-Brennan claims he was "in a rush" and "inadvertently" left the store without paying because they didn’t have bags.
