Woman (54) with terminal cervical cancer settles High Court case against HSE and US lab over smear tests

The settlement against the HSE and the US laboratory Quest Diagnostics Incorporated with an address in New Jersey is without an admission of liability.

The action had been case managed by the High Court because of the woman’s diagnosis.
