🚨 Regulatory Update: What’s Next for $MIND 🚨

Following new MAS regulations, Singapore-based companies must obtain a license to continue offering overseas digital token services beyond XX June 2025.

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗲𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀’ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲

As a Web3 tech platform, Morpheus Labs remains fully operational. We’re aligning with MAS requirements, exploring licensing options, and implementing structural adjustments to ensure long-term compliance and continuity.

$MIND 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 

𝙏𝙤 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:
- All $MIND tokens held by Morpheus Labs will be unlocked and moved to a neutral custodian
- 100M $MIND will be allocated to the DAO treasury to support ongoing ecosystem growth (product development, marketing, and more)
