$ETHU is a 2X leverage, which you can also achieve via a XX% margin requirement on $ETHE or other ETH ETFs as well.

$SBET is a 10X potential. No margin needed. No options needed. Just buy and hold. It has added beta on top of ETH beta to BTC. 

PS: I like $ETHU, but at the current ETHBTC ATL of 0.023, I prefer the r/r on $SBET. As ETHgetss higher, we move to $ETHU and it makes a new ATH say $5000, we move to $ETH,  and as it hits $6k, $8K, $10K, we derisk entirely.

If that makes sense, it's just my (personal) strategy.
