The proliferation of Bitcoin Treasury companies won't increase demand for Bitcoin. Investors will simply invest in these companies instead of buying Bitcoin directly. Ultimately, the concentration of leveraged Bitcoin ownership in these companies undermines Bitcoin's viability.
