Raymond James Downgrades $OSCR to Market Perform from Outperform; says risk/reward more balanced after sharp rally

Analyst comments: "We are downgrading OSCR to Market Perform following the ~45% rally over the last week driven by some of the language changes to the ACA in the Senate reconciliation package and some meme stock fervor online.

However, we think the risk/reward is more balanced at this point and the policy and fundamental environment has gotten less constructive, creating a tougher set up for the stock over the medium term. While we continue to view the OSCR management team as top tier in our coverage, we think the market dynamics will be tough to navigate over the next 12–18 months."
