STX-WELSH Pool to Reopen Soon

In response to community questions:

🔸 All STX-WELSH LP tokens were fully withdrawn by the original liquidity providers
🔸 All LPs were made XXX% whole: WELSH claimed, STX returned in USDC
🔸 No STX-WELSH LP tokens were ever burned on ALEX and the Foundation has never been an LP
🔸 The ALEX-WELSH pool is already live; Year X emissions proposal includes farming incentives for this pool 🔗

Once the STX-WELSH pool reopens, please note that all liquidity has already been returned to LPs. It is their decision whether to provide liquidity again.
