It's interesting how much Realty Income outperformed the S&P XXX from 2015-2020-

And then how much it underperformed from 2022-2024 in a higher interest rate environment.

But the underperformance from $O is all due to multiple contraction. AFFO has been growing every single year for the past decade.

Sentiment follows share price. Not a fast growing company, but they have continued to grow AFFO per share and grow their dividend like they always have.
