🚫🚫 A Florida Felony: Geoengineering 🚫🚫
🚫+ Weather Modification Activities Banned 🚫

As of June 20, 2025, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (@GovRonDeSantis / @RonDeSantis) approved "CS/CS/SB XX — Geoengineering and Weather Modification Activities" which prohibits geoengineering and weather modification activities, classifies them as a third-degree felony, punishable by up to five years imprisonment and fines of up to $XXXXXXX. 

As of October 1, 2025, publicly owned airports must report monthly to the Florida Department of Transportation (DOT) any aircraft equipped for geoengineering or weather modification activities. 

This bill was introduced by Senator Ileana Garcia (@IleanaGarciaUSA) and will take effect on July 1, 2025.
