🚨Forty-eight hours after his initial appeal, Dr. Ahmad al-Farra, head of pediatrics and obstetrics at Nasser Medical Complex, is once again urgently calling for the entry of premature formula milk and all other types of formula into Gaza. 

“The situation is very critical,” he said, as every infant in the neonatal ICU is now fully dependent on this specific type of milk, which is nearly depleted. Only XX to XX hours of supply remain. Despite repeated warnings, not a single can of premature formula has been allowed in. 

The Israeli occupation blockade continues to choke off even the most essential nutrition for Gaza’s most fragile newborns. Dr. al-Farra is calling on UNICEF, WHO, and international agencies to act immediately before more infants die from hunger.
