On Friday, $TSWCF started trading at a XX% discount to it's UK Partner $SWC. I believe a lot of this is because a number of exchanges were NOT allowing buys on Friday. @Ally being one of them. 

If I'm correct, these should balance out next week once whatever is causing the inability to purchase has been corrected. @smarterwebuk 

If anyone has insights into why buys were NOT allowed, please respond below. If my research determines the answer, I'll do the same.
