Nicki does not Lie. 

Jay-Z sold Tidal to Jack Dorsey while Jack still was the owner of twitter in 2021. As a part of that sale Jay-Z was made a board member of “Block” which at the time was the parent company of twitter. This would mean Jay-Z sat in the board of the company that owned twitter at a point in time. 

Jack Dorsey and Jay-Z retain a very close personal relationship to this day where they even vacation with each other’s families. Jack still retains stake in twitter to this day !

Twitter had a whistle blower leak the operation and reveal that XX% of the company had access to user data such as passwords, location, government names and other personal information. Employees from Twitter were also caught stealing this information and being paid to do so.
