Kern County, California deputies respond to a call about a man armed with a gun and a machete threatening people.  

Deputies engage the man when a gun (Gen3 Glock clone) is pointed at them.    The man falls but is still in the fight and he shoots one of the deputies in the hand.   That deputy then uses his Glock with lower 1/3 co-witness sights, Aimpoint ACRO, and Streamlight TLR-1, to accurately fire a fatal shot on the man...
