Eutelsat Communications, “Europe’s Starlink”, is currently up ~26% on news of a capital raise from France 🇫🇷.

Eutelsat’s OneWeb targets businesses and specialized sectors with customized solutions and professional support whereas Starlink focuses on residential and small businesses in rural areas, offering a range of speed options and a DIY installation.

OneWeb launches fewer satellites than Starlink, but at a higher orbit, which maximises their coverage capabilities whilst reducing the risk of space debris and mitigating concerns over orbital congestions and collisions.
