They could both be decent if done well. 

I have had a few calls with the team behind REI, they are pretty serious and have some good connections in both crypto and the real estate world.

Not paid for any of these posts either, but you need to use points or they expire… and just because something is not hyped doesnt mean it cant be good. At 200k fdv…. Yeah ill take that risk lol. Still far superior to trading anything anywhere else. We are so spoiled with @virtuals_io…. If its not hyped and a guaranteed 10x we act like everything is dead 😂. You would minimum 2x on these… likely more if the project is managed well…. And you’d get good chunks of the supply for points/virtuals spent.
