Pakistan is an enemy country, but we have to give credit to its Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, for a successful lobbying effort in the USA. 

He managed both the USA and China effectively, that too without beating drums, without unnecessary chest thumping, without PR stunts or image-glorifying feeds to national TV. 

Now, both China and the USA seem to favour Pakistan.
