But a RW party should be supportive of new technology. After all, isn't that how we believe we fill solve climate change? So a more intellectual opposition would ask for the mandate to tweaked or delayed. My main issue with the CPC and the X word slogans is that they come off as anti EV. They will say they aren't but really, they are. Instead of finding solutions to the charging, etc, they just say "this is the worst thing ever". It's tiring. I find it especially tiring as, having been successful in removing the carbon tax, they are now attacking another solution to climate change. At some point I feel the CPC should just come out and say "we don't believe in climate change" (or "we don't want to fight it", which was basically the Rustad position).
