I have moved on from $NLOP. No real insight, you should not at all care as I was standing on shoulders of giants w/ this one (h/t @kingdomcapadv @AndrewRangeley ) but to my mind w/ widening in rates, slowdown in asset sales, and plethora of other opps this one looks more balanced R/R from here.
