Looking at the Points History and Overview sections, this is clearly more than just a points-for-fun setup. It’s designed to boost deeper community involvement. What stood out to me: The point distribution is very transparent. You can see full stats across the ecosystem and even a detailed daily breakdown. For example, on June 18, it was clear how many points came from each source like Vader staking, veVIRTUAL, Yapping and the Daily Active Bonus. There are plenty of ways to earn points. You can contribute by interacting (aka Yapping), inviting others, staking veVIRTUAL or just being active daily. It’s a good mix and keeps things interesting. I also noticed the Daily Active Bonus made up XXXXX% of the total points on June XX. That shows Virgen really values users who show up consistently and stay involved, which is a smart way to keep the momentum going. Things I think could be improved: Over the last three days, my points from Vader and Referrals have stayed at zero. It might be that I haven’t joined those activities yet, but without clear instructions, it’s easy to miss the chance. I think it’d be helpful if @virtuals_io gave more guidance on how to earn from each source, especially those two. Also, for users new to the ecosystem, terms like Yapping and veVIRTUAL might not be self-explanatory. A simple breakdown or real-life example would go a long way to make things more accessible. One more thing is the point expiration. I got a message saying XXX points will expire on June XX. That’s a good heads-up feature, but I think it’d be better if there were pop-up alerts or reminders to help people actually use their points in time. Overall, I think Virgen Points has strong potential to build a thriving and engaged community. It gives real reasons for users to take part and stay active. And knowing that @virtuals_io is part of the @KaitoAI ecosystem makes me even more optimistic. There’s a lot of room for the system to evolve in a user-focused and data-smart way. 💡 Virgen Points is a fun system, but understanding it is key to getting the most out of it
I’ve been exploring the Virgen Points system recently and I have to say, it’s quite impressive how the project built a rewards model that actually encourages real participation. Looking at the Points History and Overview sections, this is clearly more than just a points-for-fun setup. It’s designed to boost deeper community involvement.
What stood out to me:
The point distribution is very transparent.
Things I think could be improved:
