I get hit up by the Belgian financial watchdog when I place a referral link to an exchange like Binance somewhere, and then you have dozens of KOLs just freely scamming, rugging, insider trading, promoting unregulated casinos, doing everything to get all the money out of the pockets of their followers. How do they not get any legal consequences?

I mean how is it possible that someone as known as Faze Banks or Ansem can keep on promoting these scams without consequences?
