This isn’t just waste—it’s systemic rot.

The State-Level DOGE Establishment Act (H.R. 2523) would force Massachusetts to create an efficiency watchdog to audit this graft, but Beacon Hill politicians keep blocking accountability. When agencies bypass competitive bidding for months, overpay vendors, and ignore delivery overcharges, it’s not governance—it’s looting.
