X. Congress must re-assert its authority relative to the declaration of war, which it hasn’t done since WWII. 

X. The Iranian regime is a scourge on Iran and the entire free world, and America will be on the right side of history by supporting the liberation of an oppressed people while preventing nuclear proliferation.

X. We can do so without deploying troops or declaring war, but standing on the sidelines would be irresponsible.
