$VIGL moving very quickly. Estimated closing time was based on CKPT (+10 days to be conservative).

$VIGL filed first prem14a today, HSR already filed as well, will expire July XX midnight. First prem14a+HSR took Sanofi XX days, $CKPT needed XX for first filing and XX for HSR filing.

Guess it´s sensible to assume this closes faster than initially expected. Probably yielding around XX% annualized if closing in early August AND you get the CVR for free.

Should rerate quite a bit but what do I know
