That said, I'm sure HPC was in the sales process mix, and a new ext'l mark for #Equitix (& TFG Asset Mgmt) was obv appealing anyway...

...and a £1.3B EV is a grt price - sure, it's lower than the £1.5B journos teased, but still MUCH higher than the mental val'n I'd assigned.
