Choice Liquidity.

Today we’re proud to announce the release of Choice’s audited liquidity pools. They are forked from Terraswap with one key modification: Integrating a send to auction feature.

There’s a XXX% swap fee, and it’s broken down like this:
- XXX% to incentivizing liquidity providers,
- XXXX% to Choice treasury &,
- XXXX% to Injective’s burn auction.

We pulled inspiration from Injective’s native fee structure and integrated a burn component to our Choice contracts to assist in raising the weekly INJ burns.

If a user swaps XXXXXX USDT into $INJ, XX USDT will be taken as fee. It will be distributed as such:
- XX USDT to the liquidity provider(s),
- X USDT to Choice treasury &,
- X USDT to the Injective burn auction.

Swaps on Choice liquidity pools will not burn tokens being swapped, but rather increase the overall INJ burned weekly.

Creating Liquidity
Liquidity pools on Choice use Injective’s native token standard. When creating a liquidity pool, you can pair CW20 with CW20, CW20 with factory, or factory with factory. Your liquidity shares will be created as factory tokens.

There is a small one time fee, as set by governance and subject to change, of XXX INJ to create a liquidity pair. It is required when creating any new liquidity pairs.

When creating a liquidity pair that includes a CW20 token, you may be subject to paying an additional one time fee of XXX INJ to register that token on the CW20 adapter. Most tokens are already registered.

Adding Liquidity
When adding liquidity to a pool, you need to provide X equally valued assets. You will receive LP tokens that represent your share of the total liquidity in a given pool.

Liquidity providers receive XXX% of every swap that is automatically compounded. Every swap strengthens liquidity, and adds more tokens to your share.

However, liquidity providers are potentially subject to impermanent loss. We recommend that you learn and understand the risks before providing any liquidity.

Conclusion
We built Choice to serve Injective. Its traders, its builders, its burn economy.

With every swap, Choice pools feed the auction, reward providers, and bring more depth to the ecosystem.

The contracts are live. The pools are open. The Choice is yours.
