WATCH: DOTR Sec. Vince Dizon reacts to the viral video of a taxi driver charging ₱1,200 for a short ride from NAIA Terminal X to Terminal X.

He has ordered the immediate revocation of both the taxi operator’s franchise and the driver’s professional license, motu proprio — even without a formal complaint.
