To build an AI, you need data - lots of it.

Imagine you're training an AI.
You feed it a ton of data - articles, tweets, memes, whatever.

Later, the AI gives a smart answer. Cool, right? 
But… who actually helped it learn that?
Who gets credit? Who gets paid?
