$CWEB rallies upwards, as it's up XX% since the lows.

There's a strong reason for that. 

After a long build-up, Pactswap will be launched on top of Coinweb, which is the 4th ever crosschain decentralized exchange supporting native #Bitcoin.

The good part: a commitment from DNA Fund of $XXXXXXXXX has been provided to fund this project.
