Rereading When Genius Failed (the LTCM saga) for at least the 4th time. Amazing how well it holds up and how durable the lessons are (the problems w leverage; mark-to-historical-model; selling vol in every asset class; absolute certitude in any investing professional; etc).

More learning in those XXX pages than any business school (and many finance careers, I would hazard).
