At age 16, Matteo Manassero became the youngest player to make the cut at the 2010 Masters. He finished T13 months prior at The Open.

At age 17, he became the youngest-ever winner on the DP World Tour (not once, but twice).

At age 20, he rose to 25th in the world.

Manassero then struggled for years and briefly stepped away from the game, eventually dropping to 1,805th in the OWGR.

Upon his return, bouncing between the Alps Tour and Challenge Tour, he called fellow Italian Francesco Molinari, for guidance.

Manassero made big changes in 2019, he said, and the game came back. He won twice on the Challenge Tour last season and in March broke a nearly 11-year win drought with his fifth @DPWorldTour victory.

This week at age 32, he is co-leading @RBCCanadianOpen in search of his first career PGA TOUR victory.
