Proceeds will fund #Gold #Silver & #Copper exploration at $DEF's projects, MRE completion, Tepal project option payments & more

The raise follows a six-year surface access deal at Tepal, an extended option agreement for San Acacio, and ongoing efforts to acquire X additional copper-gold-silver projects🤝💥
