.@epaleezeldin, a massive big dig project costing nearly $X billion is now scarring the heart of DC.  It began last year and is expected to last until at least 2030! They are digging a massive, unneeded tunnel that might make local waters a bit more clean, all thanks to a @EPA "consent decree" from 2005!  Shut it down and save us all some money! @EPAwater @dcwater
