$PUNKS represented the fractional interest of these XX CryptoPunks that formed the storytelling IP of Punks Comic. It also had a treasury with 1100 ETH which was derived from the related Punks Comic merch sales. 

PV offered a “swap” for $GG as part of the token launch and managed to obtain the 1100 ETH and XX% of $PUNKS. I’m not caught up on $GG and what promises were made in exchange for this 1100 ETH and the XX% of the fractional interest in these XX CryptoPunks
