American says she has been going to look at rental units on the west side of Los Angeles, California for a month. Every unit that fits her needs is over $XXXXX per month

“Can someone please explain to me the LA rental market and where people are living on the west side that has a unit, washer, dryer, and ideally air conditioning and maybe one parking spot? Because my boyfriend and I have been looking for probably about a month. We're trying to move out in the next XX to XX days and there are just no options. 

And we go to these places and it's all between. It's all greater than $XXXXX. And like, what? Where are people living? We are willing to not live on the west side at this rate because this has just been such a nightmare, honestly.
