Morningstar thinks Canadian telecom stocks are ridiculously undervalued:

$RCI.B: XX% discount to fair value
$BCE.to: XX% 
$CCA.to: XX%
$T.to: XX%

The only exception is $QBR.B, which is trading at right about fair value.
