Hey fam, answering a lot of similar questions around the @virtuals lock system - so here's an example:

Using the Genesis token $MAGNUS as our example (screenshot), it has XX days remaining before the devs can sell (indicated by the green lock) - this literally means the devs can't sell their tokens for XX more days because they are locked.

Because Virtuals doesn't want it's community to get wrecked, it allows token holders to sell their tokens X days before the devs (indicated by a yellow lock) without incurring the dreaded TP Cooldown for XX days. In the case of $MAGNUS, that's in XX days from today (25 - 7).

So let's break it down a little more:

Today: We can sell but if we do we are in Cooldown, devs can't sell at all.

XX days from now: Lock turns yellow indicating that we can sell w/o the Cooldown penalty, devs still can't sell for X days.

XX days from now: Everyone can sell, including the devs.

The goal (if you plan on taking profits), is to be one of the first sellers as soon as that lock turns yellow.

If you're a buyer, I'd wait until the devs had a chance to sell and buy during that dip.

Make sense?
