ICE in full tactical gear raid San Diego restaurants—throw flashbang grenades into crowd.

Agents stormed the building and "They handcuffed everybody. The first ten minutes, they don’t give any explanation."

Customers surrounded the agents—calling them fascists—and blocking an unmarked vehicle from leaving the South Park intersection.

Several people recorded the incident and posted online—including the license plates of the unmarked vehicles.

It is unclear how long the restaurants will be forced to stay closed.
