-Leasing 600k sq ft/month, down XX% vs. Q2 2024
-Consistent with $PLD comments
-Lease spreads suggest focus on occ. not price (but still +ve)
-Rent bumps >3% sticking
-Small wins in redev./repos. portfolio & asset sales
