Update on the woman with a feeding tube who had her formula all the sudden be excluded from being covered by her health insurance company

Blue Cross Blue Shield has since sent notices to customers saying their $XXX to $XXXXX a month cost for the formula will no longer be covered

“Many people who have been tube fed for the last five, six years got a notice this year saying that they will no longer cover it. Even though it has been covered for the last however many years

They say it's just food, but on the bottle it says under use of medical supervision only. This is prescribed food by a doctor. And for many of us there's no other options — it cost me $1200 a month. I pay them $XXX a month already to cover my sh*t — They’re trying to kill us”
