So Yea as i thought, $ARCA is a private blockchain. You have a in-built explorer.
You could Mine $ARCA tokens from your PC just like $PI.

Also You have staking on website,

The dev's a blockchain dev, and this is a private blockchain project. I think this should do better, market's gay thats why the volume is less but imo this does higher. 

Awaiting Dev Lock and someone needs to guide the dev to pay dex.
