$AMRC Ameresco wins $20M contract for Los Angeles school solar projects

Ameresco announced its partnership with the Los Angeles Unified School District to develop and install solar shade and carport structures at five middle school campuses. The $20.7M bond-funded project will install over XXX MW of solar PV systems and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Ameresco will also provide operations and maintenance for the systems and a 25-year performance guarantee. The project is part of a larger initiative to install solar at XX Los Angeles schools, supporting the district's clean energy goals.
