I think at some point ripple starts a liquidity fund with Zebec to facilitate this, money can start to move in and out of this fund before/when it's needed. This is where I think the @Ripple and @Zebec_HQ and @UpholdInc connection is. Uphold is the mass treasury for Zebec, and the treasury for $RLUSD.
